The first Private island to be listed for sale in The World Islands Dubai

The World Islands is a group of private islands just off the coast of Dubai. It is an archipelago that looks like the world map from the sky. Lebanon is the first private island in the group to be fully constructed and the sole island that guests can visit. It has been listed for sale by real estate firm Allsopp & Allsopp.

The 419,000-square feet private island has been listed for an impressive price of Dh80 million. It is currently used as an event space.

According to Allsopp & Allsopp’s website, Lebanon is the first island to be fully built and operational. The island features a restaurant, an events area, VIP Cabanas, two beaches, several small villas and a huge swimming pool.

It also features an outstanding view of the Dubai skyline. And do not worry about transportation; you can also park your yacht on the pier, which doubles as the entrance to the island home.
